These terms govern every quotation, order and delivery by NextGen Marketing Solutions (business registration 003624569-H) of No. 7, Jalan Hillpark Aspirasi 10/2, Bandar Hillpark, 42300 Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By confirming an order you accept these terms.本条款适用于 NextGen Marketing Solutions（商业注册号 003624569-H，地址：No. 7, Jalan Hillpark Aspirasi 10/2, Bandar Hillpark, 42300 Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia）（下称「我们」）的所有报价、订单与交付。确认订单即表示您接受本条款。
2. Quotations2. 报价
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and cover only what is written on them. Material prices move; an expired quote may be re-quoted. A quotation becomes a binding order only when you confirm it and pay any deposit stated.除另有注明外，报价有效期为 14 天，且仅涵盖报价单所列内容。材料价格会波动，过期报价可能需重新报价。报价须经您确认并支付注明订金后，方构成有效订单。
3. Artwork & approval3. 稿件与确认
Production starts only after you approve the digital proof in writing (WhatsApp confirmation counts). You are responsible for checking the proof — spelling, phone numbers, dates, layout and dimensions. Errors that were visible on an approved proof are printed as approved and are not reprint grounds.生产仅在您书面确认电子校样后开始（WhatsApp 确认亦有效）。校样内容由您负责核对——包括拼写、电话号码、日期、排版与尺寸。已确认校样上可见的错误将按原样印刷，不构成重印理由。
You warrant that artwork you supply does not infringe any third party's rights, and you indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide.您保证所提供稿件不侵犯任何第三方权利，并就您提供内容引起的索赔向我们作出弥偿。
4. Colour, materials & tolerance4. 颜色、材质与公差
Printed colour can vary slightly between screens, proofs, print runs and materials; a reasonable commercial tolerance applies and is not a defect. Cutting, folding and finishing carry a tolerance of ±2mm (larger on large-format and fabric items). Quantities may vary ±5% on bulk runs, which is standard industry practice.印刷颜色在屏幕、校样、不同批次与材质之间可能存在轻微差异，属合理商业公差，不构成瑕疵。裁切、折页与后加工公差为 ±2mm（大幅面与布料产品略大）。批量订单数量可能有 ±5% 浮动，属行业惯例。
5. Payment5. 付款
Deposits are stated on the quotation; the balance is due before delivery/collection unless your quote states credit terms. Goods remain our property until paid in full. Overdue balances may pause outstanding work.订金金额见报价单；除报价单另列账期外，余款须于交货/自取前结清。货款全额付清前，货物所有权归我们所有。逾期未付可能暂停进行中的工作。
6. Delivery & installation6. 交付与安装
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and run from proof approval and deposit receipt, whichever is later. We are not liable for delays caused by artwork changes, late approvals, weather (for installation) or courier delays beyond our control — though we will always tell you early and work the problem.交期为善意估算，自校样确认与订金到账（以较迟者计）起算。因稿件改动、确认延迟、天气（涉及安装）或快递等非我方可控因素造成的延误，我们不承担责任——但我们会及早告知并积极处理。
For installation jobs you must ensure site access, permissions and (where required by the local authority) signage licences; we can advise and prepare drawings but the licence is applied for under your name.安装项目须由您确保场地准入、许可及（如地方政府要求）招牌执照；我们可提供咨询与图纸，但执照以您的名义申请。
7. Cancellations7. 取消订单
Orders cancelled before proof approval incur only design/pre-press work done to date. After production starts, materials and work already committed are chargeable — custom print cannot be resold.校样确认前取消，仅收取已发生的设计/印前费用。生产开始后取消，已投入的材料与工序须照付——定制印刷品无法转售。
8. Claims8. 售后申诉
Check goods on receipt. Claims for defects, damage or shortage must reach us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our Refund & Reprint Policy sets out what we fix and how.收货时请即检查。瑕疵、损坏或短缺申诉须于交货后 48 小时内附照片提出。处理方式详见《退款与重印政策》。
9. Liability9. 责任限制
Our total liability on any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost campaigns, event losses). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.我们对任何订单的总责任以该订单已付价款为限。我们不对间接或衍生损失（利润损失、营销活动损失、活动损失）负责。本条款不排除马来西亚法律规定不可排除的责任。
