Refund & Reprint Policy退款与重印政策
1. The honest starting point1. 先说清楚的前提
Everything we make is custom-printed for you — it cannot be restocked or resold. That is why the industry standard (ours included) is reprint over refund: when something is genuinely our fault, we fix it by making it again properly, fast.我们制作的一切都是为您定制印刷的——无法回库或转售。因此行业惯例（包括我们）是以重印代替退款：确属我方问题时，我们会尽快重新做好。
2. We reprint free of charge when2. 以下情况我们免费重印
- The printed item differs from the approved proof (wrong content, wrong colour profile applied, wrong material or size supplied).成品与已确认校样不符（内容错误、用错色彩配置、材质或尺寸供错）。
- There is a clear production defect — banding, heavy scratches, misregistration, faulty lamination or finishing.存在明显生产瑕疵——条纹、严重刮痕、套印不准、覆膜或后加工不良。
- Goods were damaged before handover to you or your courier receipt shows transit damage we packed inadequately for.货物在交付前已损坏，或快递签收显示因我方包装不足导致的运输损坏。
- Quantity delivered is short beyond the industry ±5% tolerance on bulk runs.交付数量短缺超出批量订单 ±5% 的行业公差。
3. Outside the policy3. 不属于本政策范围
- Errors that were visible on the proof you approved — spelling, numbers, dates, layout, low-resolution images.您已确认校样上可见的错误——拼写、号码、日期、排版、低分辨率图片。
- Reasonable colour variance between screen, proof and print, or between print runs and materials.屏幕、校样与成品之间，或不同批次与材质之间的合理色差。
- Change of mind, event cancellation, or artwork updates after production started.改变主意、活动取消，或生产开始后的稿件改动。
- Wear from use, weather exposure beyond the material's stated grade, or third-party installation.使用损耗、超出材质等级的天气侵蚀，或第三方安装造成的问题。
4. How to raise a claim4. 如何提出申诉
WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with: your invoice number, photos of the issue (and of the packaging, for transit damage), and the quantity affected. We respond within 1 working day with the fix — reprint, partial reprint or, where a reprint genuinely cannot serve the purpose, a refund of the affected portion.请于收货后 48 小时内通过 WhatsApp 或电邮联系我们，附上：发票号码、问题照片（运输损坏请连同包装拍摄）及受影响数量。我们将在 1 个工作天内回覆处理方案——重印、部分重印，或在重印确实无法达到用途时，退还受影响部分的款项。
5. Deposits5. 订金
Deposits cover materials and pre-press committed to your job. If you cancel before proof approval, we deduct only work already done and return the rest. After production starts, the deposit is applied to costs already incurred.订金用于覆盖为您订单投入的材料与印前工序。校样确认前取消，仅扣除已发生的工作费用，其余退还。生产开始后，订金将用于已发生的成本。
