How to Prepare Print-Ready Artwork (So Your Job Ships Faster)如何准备可直接印刷的稿件（让订单更快出货）
The fastest jobs in our shop are the ones where the artwork arrived right. Here are the five checks — and what each one prevents.
1. CMYK, not RGB
Screens mix light (RGB); presses mix ink (CMYK). An RGB file will still print, but vivid blues and greens shift noticeably duller during conversion. Design in CMYK from the start, and what you approve is what you get.
2. 300dpi at actual print size
A logo that looks sharp on Instagram is often 72dpi — at business-card size it prints fuzzy. Check resolution at the real printed dimensions. Large-format is the exception: banners viewed from metres away print happily at 100–150dpi.
3. Bleed: 2–3mm beyond the edge
Cutters have tolerance. If your background stops exactly at the trim line, a hair's shift leaves a white sliver on the edge. Extend backgrounds 2–3mm past the trim, and keep text at least 3mm inside it.
4. Outline your fonts
If we don't own your font, our system substitutes it — and the substitution is never pretty. In Illustrator: select all → Type → Create Outlines. PDFs with embedded fonts also work.
5. Send the right format
Best: press-ready PDF, AI or EPS. Acceptable: flattened TIFF/PNG/JPEG at 300dpi. Risky: Word, PowerPoint and Canva screenshots — we can work with them, but expect a conversion step and a proof round.
No designer? No problem
Send whatever you have — a sketch, an old flyer, a competitor reference — and our design team prepares press-ready artwork for a small fee. You approve a proof before anything prints. Either way: every job gets a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

2. 印刷尺寸下 300dpi
在 Instagram 上清晰的 Logo 往往只有 72dpi——印到名片尺寸就发糊。请在实际印刷尺寸下检查分辨率。大幅面是例外：数米外观看的横幅，100–150dpi 就足够。
3. 出血：超出边缘 2–3mm
裁切有公差。若背景刚好停在裁切线上，稍有偏移边缘就露白。背景请延伸出裁切线 2–3mm，文字则至少内缩 3mm。
4. 字体转外框
我们没有您的字体时，系统会自动替换——替换效果从来不好看。Illustrator 中：全选 → 文字 → 创建轮廓。嵌入字体的 PDF 也可以。
5. 发对格式
最佳：可印刷 PDF、AI 或 EPS。可接受：300dpi 的平面化 TIFF/PNG/JPEG。有风险：Word、PowerPoint 与 Canva 截图——不是不能做，但需要转换步骤与一轮校样。
